River Valley Resilience Retreat says need for PTSD support for Sask. first responders growing rapidly. The need for specialized, trauma-informed support for first responders and other frontline professionals with PTSD in Saskatchewan is growing rapidly. According to River Valley Resilience Retreat’s most recent data from April 2025 to March 2026, the charity had 4,025 individual interactions with those in need — a 54.1 per cent increase over the previous year.
