RFQ 2607001 – Electrical Upgrades

Scope of Work (excluding trenching)
Labour, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the installation, including:
– Tie into the existing 600A electrical service.
– Install a new 200A campground distribution panel.
– Install all wiring and infrastructure required to feed five (5) campground sites.
– Complete all terminations, testing, and commissioning.
– Ensure all work complies with the applicable electrical code and local inspection requirements.
 
Materials Required (Estimated)
Based on our requirements, the following materials are anticipated for the project:
– 7 × direct-burial (dig-in type) power pedestals
– Approximately 200 m of 4/0 USEI cable
– Approximately 240 m of #4 AWG RWU90 cable
– #8 AWG NMWU cable (quantity as required)
– 7 × 30A circuit breakers
– 1 × 200A electrical panel
– PVC conduit and fittings (as required)
– 1 × 400A weatherproof splitter
 
Please review the attached site drawings showing:
– The location of the existing 600A service.
– The proposed location of the new 200A campground panel.
– The layout and locations of the five campground sites.
 
Quote Request
Please provide:
– A detailed breakdown of labour and material costs.
– Any assumptions or exclusions included in the quotation.
– Estimated project timeline from start to finish
– Expected lead times for materials.
– Confirmation that all required permits and inspections are included (or identify if they are excluded).
– Any recommended changes or alternatives that may improve the installation or reduce costs.
 

If a site visit is required before preparing the quotation, please let us know and we can arrange access.
