Guiding & Teaching

Legendary, life-changing.

As part of the RIVER VALLEY RESILIENCE RETREAT experience- EAL (Equine Assisted Learning) offers the unique benefit of working with horses in terms of self-awareness and personal development. It’s true that horses can provide immediate feedback and help people become more aware of their habits and behaviour patterns.

This can be especially helpful in situations where people may not be aware of how they are coming across to others, or where they may be struggling to communicate effectively. By working with horses, people can learn to become more attuned to their own body language, emotions, and communication style, as well as those of others around them. This can lead to improved relationships, better teamwork, and greater overall success in life.

It’s important to note, however, that while working with horses can be a valuable tool for personal development, it is not a substitute for therapy or other professional support when dealing with more complex emotional or psychological issues.
